Do You Work with Men?

Blog Covers (2)

Yes, I absolutely do.

While a lot of my messaging speaks directly to women (and for good reason), I also work with incredible male leaders - and I welcome it.

Many members of The Teacher Promotion Club are male and in The Confident Career Leader Programme - I have had men enroll too.

In fact, some of the most self-aware, strategic, and values-led clients I’ve supported have been men.

They’ve shown up with:

  • A belief in the power of coaching

  • A commitment to bettering themselves

  • Confidence in their skills, paired with humility to grow

  • A clear, strategic approach to their careers

  • A readiness to take aligned action

What I’ve found is that the men I’ve worked with haven’t just been looking for success- they’ve been looking to lead with integrity. To stretch, evolve, and take full ownership of their impact.

And I’ve learned just as much from them as they’ve taken from the process.

I believe in inclusivity. Always.

If you’re ready to lead, ready to grow, and value coaching as a tool to accelerate your career—then yes, I’d be proud to work with you.

Because leadership isn’t about gender. It’s about who you’re becoming.
