In What Way/Ways Do You Need To Support Yourself More?

My clients often say to me that they are feeling stuck.
They are feeling unsupported and overwhelmed.
They are feeling frustrated with situations and those around them.
They don’t know what they are doing wrong.
Do you feel like that sometimes too?
That’s a tricky place to be.
You have two options here.
1. Stay stuck.
2. Take action.
If you are feeling stuck… What situation is making you feel stuck? What need is being repressed that is making you feel this way? Is it that you long for more significance? To feel more challenged? To be recognised etc.?
Take control of what it is that you need…
What action could you take that would help you fulfill this need and release you from this feeling of disillusionment and ‘meh’?
If you are overwhelmed… Do you need to take a step back.. Observe the situation for a while or delegate tasks to do? Perhaps seek the help of a professional?
If you are feeling stressed… Could you reflect on what tasks that you do or you could try to relax you and begin to put a self care plan in place?
Feeling stuck is not a healthy place to be.
Appreciate how resilient you have been to have come this far! Through all the trials and tribulations of life… You’re still here!
When you’re having a bad day.. Take one action to make things better.
